衡水福慶生物科技有限公司占70000平米建筑40000平米，成立于2017年，投資一個億建成了年生產(chǎn)20000噸非離子型纖維素醚生產(chǎn)線，該生產(chǎn)線采用國內(nèi)首家26m3大型歐式反應(yīng)釜，生產(chǎn)工藝過程全部實現(xiàn)DCS全程控制，產(chǎn)品均勻性好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，突破目前國內(nèi)以甲苯為溶劑的生產(chǎn)方法，屬綠色環(huán)保。公司依托先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和設(shè)備、功能齊備的研發(fā)中心、ISO9000質(zhì)量體系的科學(xué)管理，生產(chǎn)技術(shù)達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平。

Hengshui Fuqing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. occupies 70,000 square meters of building and 40,000 square meters. It was established in 2017. It invested 100 million yuan to build an annual production line of 20,000 tons of non-ionic cellulose ether. The production line adopts the first 26m3 large European reactor in China, and the production process is all realized. DCS is controlled throughout the whole process, with good product uniformity and stable quality, breaking through the current domestic production method of toluene as a solvent, which is green and environmentally friendly. Relying on advanced production technology and equipment, functional R&D center, and scientific management of ISO9000 quality system, the company's production technology has reached the international advanced level.

Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) is a non-ionic cellulose ether with excellent water retention, dispersibility, and adhesion. It is widely used in building materials like dry-mix mortar, putty powder, and tile adhesives to enhance workability while being environmentally friendly.
